I really love working with Ian. We coached together at the Center for Civic Innovation, wrestling with how to best serve over a dozen amazing social entrepreneurs with great visions and incredible pressures to succeed. Ian approached every single case methodically and empathetically. He would get lost in each person's story, trying to understand and relate to their challenges.

Ian did a great job of talking to me about the business idea I had and making what is a big, scary, thing to embark on seem less so. He listened thoughtfully to what I wanted to pursue and gave me actionable steps to break the big idea down into smaller pieces and just get started!
